Types of payments and payment providers
The payment for purchases on our website is a donation towards the next Baltiske Filmdager. The Organisation Baltiske Filmdager is non-profit.
All payments will be conducted through the Vipps payment platform.
Returns and replacing damaged items.
To be eligible for a return of the tout bag with the logo of Baltiske Filmdager, It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the request has to be submitted in 30 days after receival of the parcel.
The purchased “Weekend pass” for Digisal/the online streaming can not be returned, but patrons may be refunded if the event cannot take place due to the fault of the organizers and cannot be compensated otherwise.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return can be arranged only with Baltiske Filmdager.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at BFD@baltiskefilmdager.com and send your tout bag to: Bølerlia 6, 0691
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Delivery
We send parcels using Posten Norge AS services.
To view movies during the festival the user has to choose 1 of 2 options:
1) Make an account in the Digisal page and purchase a pass, which will reveal the relevant content for your account;
2)Purchase the pass in the Digisal and enter a valid email, for which an account will be registered and a password will be sent to said email.
(Movies themselves will be visible only during the time of the film festival – for those, who purchase the pass before the event, a countdown timer will be visible in the Digisal and the purchase options will disappear. When the events starts, the countdown timer will be replaced with movies and films for purchasers of the pass.)
